@ Brett - Please describe the Zoot suit!!! Did you wear a hat with it? It was a black on black stripe and, yes, I wore a hat with it, but just a boring black fedora. Unfortunately, it gave me hat hair and nobody told me, so in half my wedding pictures I have awful hat hair. Oh well. Ooh, I also had a chain. It's not the same without the chain.

@ Brett - haha awesome. The wedding pics were great. I love shopping too, mostly vintage so it's supah cheap. I have JUST ENOUGH shoes but I really could use more. >_> My fave vintage find was getting a $500 purple wool Burberry Prorsum coat for 3.99 AW YEAH! I also got some great shoes from 1961 (they're dated inside) for 3 dollars. Stacy Adams shoes look nice, I don't have any but they've got all the fancy colors. I've always wanted nice red shoes that don't look like they belong to a clown. My favorite shoes are "Bostonian" (whatever that is) reddish brown monk straps. They make a little clicky noise and I like it.

The first one is the bag I liked in the store, in the fawn color. After looking at the website, I like this one better, in the walnut. Not quite swooning material, but very cool.

Those are quite nice! I love my leather bag, I got it from Etsy by this lady in Mexico who hand makes leather bags. I got this one: www.goldenponies.net/product/briefcase-1-leather-satchel It's only $115, it's got a couple problems (wish it had better closures) but it gets lots of compliments and is getting nicely beaten up as I use it. I REALLY want some of her shoes. (likewise handmade)

Which is funny, because I'm like three inches shorter than you. You are so dainty!

Me too. We can wear each other's shoes. Marissa and I wear the same size in Chucks, she just has slightly narrower feet. If I wanted to go drag, I couldn't wear her shoes, cuz they're too narrow. But she's about half an inch taller than I am.

On the one hand, it would be awesome, but maybe something else in that price range would be more awesome. Not that there's any guarantee that she'd come up with anything better on her own. It would have been better if she still had that 25% off coupon they had sent her, the one she bought her sisters Christmas present with.

Hello everyone. My name is Eli. I'm 26 and a lifelong doodler-writer person.
I was raised on Ann Rice and Bram Stoker so ever since I found Kingfisher, I've been hooked. I've been reading for awhile but only now that I am between adventures do I finally have a chance to post here. Everything about this comic is amazing. I am just a really huge fan.
In addition to vampires, I also really like zombies and really just about anything supernatural. Nice to meet you all~

Hi Eli! Welcome! It's so cool how many Kingfisher readers are also writers/artists. Do let us know if you have any work online, I'm sure we'd all love to see it. <3
