At the top of the hill, he pointed down the other side to a shallow cave created by the shaped of boulders between the hills. In the cave, there was a doll-sized house, with a damn leprechauny looking design aesthetic.

Trevor - "I vote we don't go inside until we know it's safe. How would you determine that?"

Lesser Rat- "Oh man oh man, I don't know. You sorta poke your nose at it, and if your whiskers ping in a, like, fuzzy way, it's maybe. But if they ping like whoosh, get out like a trout." Getting a little closer, it seemed harmless enough. Fiddle music played inside, and a light tap of shod feet dancing on wood.

Trevor - "Hello in there! Were you the one wanting to speak with us?"

The fiddle stopped. Something poked its head out the window and cursed. Then another thing stuck its head out a different window, and another and another.Lesser Rat- "Oh man. There's too many." He put his hands over his eyes again.

They cursed and blew raspberries, but one did pull his head inside and march to the door. They came out, looking a bit different from the rest. All were pixyish weirdos, but this one had a slimmer profile, slightly different shade of skin, and was wearing wraparound shades. It bounded up the hill with six foot leaping steps, coming to land on a rock, so that its head could poke above the grass. The rest of the weirdos went back to hootenanny.Lesser Rat- "Are you a cobbler?"
Wraparound- "Could be... Who wants ta know?"

Trevor - "There's a rumor you are familiar with a lady named Florence. Does that sound right?"

Wraparound- "Yeeeeh. I know Florence. A vampire like you, ah? The lousy cat."
Lesser Rat- "*hid in trevor's imaginary pockets*" Sarah had half a memory of this thing, or was it? Hard to say.

Trevor tries to suss out any helpful details from the memory fragment.
Trevor - "Your tone suggests there's been a dispute, perhaps?"
((EDIT: Gave dialogue a questioning tone.))

Wraparound- "Who don't I dispute? I cobble, I don't coddle." Lesser rat whispered,Lesser Rat- "He meant you are both lousy cats. You oughtta get those checked out sometime." Trevor had to do a stalling gesture to focus enough to grab the memory. Yes. Sarah saw this thing once. It made some display of extreme strength when annoyed with her. Could it be more powerful than it appears?

((I wondered if the happenin' spirit's issue was with his species as a whole, in spite of the lack of pluralization. It's nice to have clarification from a little guide.))
Trevor - "If you're no friend to felines, why'd you alight here and have a word with one?"

Trevor - "My family in the Circle has disowned me, but then I have always been the black sheep no matter where I go. Or do you mean something more specific?"

The little thing looked Trevor up and down.Wraparound- "Yeeah, I can see why they disowned ya. Something amiss. Yer lice are all weird. Why is that?"
