"Hehehehe. Mischief."

"Perhaps we could motivate some allies without money?
With the Circle gone, it'd be a grand new city for someone
to move to...  Though not everyone would find justice
motivation in itself as we proper gentlemen."
                 
              Santi-
       "We are gathering allies here such as Bostwick, but as to
local vampires against the Circle, it seems only Crowboys and
 ourselves.  Motivation or not, I don't know how well we'll be
     able to collaborate."

   
  Bostwick-
"Huh.  These creatures like the bunny then.  How powerful
of one can we call?  Something giant or devastating perhaps?"

Theodore-
"Oh I wish we could call a great tornado spirit!
Do they have such things, Trevor?"
                 
              Santi-
       "I hope so. Washy Wendy and Miss Bunny
   did not hold up well against mortal weapons."

"Better than you, mister."



Trevor -
"Elementals are more Inka's area of expertise, I think. For now I'm focussing primarily on the defensive."

Theodore-
"Aww, no tornadoes?"


  Bostwick-
"Maybe leaving allies out of this strategy session
 would be much more productive.  What can we
   do for ourselves?"

Trevor -
"Besides the one powerful spirit I have befriended, Clyde also has connections of that nature. I can't guarantee anything, but I'll see what I can do."

No tornadoes, though. Theodore was enough of a force of nature on his own.

              Santi-
       "And... we have a few tricks up our sleeves.  Theodore,
how much of your closest secrets are you willing to share
   in this planning?  I mean what you know of
        certain vulnerabilities..."

Theodore-
"Oh of course, of course! Well, you probably already know that
each progenitor has a weakness of some kind.  I know them all!
Greyburn is drawn to flame, Dragomir is harmed by holy music
   and Lepopo is compelled to pick up spilled grains or beans.
      The difficult part is getting close enough."

"That reminds me of something. Will I also have sensitivities to things religious since... Well, anybody know any hymns?"

"And did Aleeeph on golden wings,

         "No reaction."

"Of course!  You did not become a progenitor."

"That's good to know. I wondered since Dragomir's descendants have similar sensitivities. Are there any weaknesses amongst our own we should be concerned with?"

  Bostwick-
"Good point. Did you happen to learn something
      of the Brede weakness by those means?"
                 
              Santi-
         "Should not be a problem for you, as a turned vampire."

 Theodore-
   "Ah, but Santi and I are progenitors after our own right.
Well, I never did find out the Marchese or Brede weaknesses,
and I've never noticed a weakness in myself.
    Perhaps any who start as a turned vampire, though we may
acquire the need for soil to sleep in, are spared such things?"
                 
              Santi-
         "I guess we'll never know.

"Out of curiosity, did you witness these progenitors' failings in acquired memories, Theodore?"

"Yes, in part! That's how I learned of the more obscure ones, like Greyburn's.
For others, it took some investigation, often with the help of acquired memories.
It's worked spectacularly so far!"

"That is good news.  Now, as you said...
    How to get close enough?"
                 
              Santi-
         "I think we can come up with something,
    but it's a little hard to plan in the dark.
 Most of our intelligence is outdated."

"How do you suggest we fix that? Rat's had his sources open to any information, but comes up short."
