Kristi is prescribed skeletons -- It's pretty creepy, but you stay calm. Lose only 1 stability. How do you feel?))

I read news, especially following social justice issues. I'm not indifferent, but I've seen this before. That's what I told myself before the photos of the dog, the burnt toys (I don't know why, but that messed me up.), and the little girl. That last one hit the hardest.

I got up and went into the hall, but didn't chase down Joe. I was just going to block anyone else that tried to. We didn't need the lawyer seeing the shrink gabbing with us and figuring out how to twist it.

N3yCgEvt+2 Keep it together +2 Space out I tried listening and watching the photos but somehow a small stain on the wall caught my eye and I began thinking about the paint job we needed done at the house. I barely focused on the images going across the screen. I could tell they were gory so perhaps it was better I didn't. I did catch the image of that poor little girl which made me feel a little sick in my stomach. I really shouldn't have gone in that cupboard.···

Somehow, Edmund, you're able to block out the things you're looking at. Though maybe it's because you've stopped paying attention. In the middle of whatever flight of fancy is in your head, you get the boop of a text message.

V5eCKSF1+2 Ryan squirmed a little in his seat and averted his eyes. He had seen them in the files but still wasn't comfortable with any of it.·

The slideshow went on, and one of the other detectives got up.
"Detective Hickman here, lead on this case. I'm delegating responsibility to Detective Colt, as she has more direct experience with the suspect. She'll be running this excursion, so no one goes anywhere or does anything without her permission. Say hi, Detective Colt."

I cast a last look down the hall the way Joe went. Guess my guard post at the door has ended. I went to the front of the room and addressed the group.
Colt (uneasy)- "Alright, listen up. This is an unusual situation and nobody wants anything unexpected to happen. Assume there are rules, like a million unwritten rules. Got any question at all in your head about whether or not something is allowed? Assume it's illegal and don't do it. Questions?"

Whenever possible I went through as much of the packet as I could. I'm a fast reader and was making decent progress. I didn't have any questions. ((I've read all the police report.))

((Cool, thanks Kristi!))
It was a lot to take in, the endless stream of crimes racking up over just a few hours. You'd dealt with a number of cases featuring psychotic breaks. Someone's mind could just unravel, sometimes only for a brief time, and they'd create a swathe of destruction out of nowhere. But was that what was going on? There were certainly signs of premeditation, which didn't seem congruent with such a diagnosis.

Ryan just nodded in agreement with the detective. Defense or not, running around town with a possible murdering lunatic opens up a lot of risk. Best to follow the professionals on this.

I jumped slightly at the tone. Looking to see if anyone had noticed. I had decided not to mention my two recorders to Colt. She was going to be tough on all things I could tell. I lent away from the table to check the message.Diana: "Hi Edmund, can we talk?" I tried to respond covertly to the message. I didn't want to be told off by Colt. Edmund: In a meeting. Is it important? Diana: I suppose it's not essential but... I really need someone to talk to when you have a moment. ] Edmund: I'll make one. Hang on. I felt a sense of urgency from her texts. I didn't want to ignore a client in her time of need. I always found the sound of her voice somewhat hypnotic.I made loud coughing noises and excused myself from the room. I had heard much of this before but left my recorder running on the table, just in case.Hopefully Colt didn't think it had to do with her speech.horrorboys.proboards.com/thread/1037/14-15-outside-conference-livernois?page=1&scrollTo=89143
