@brett= Hey Brett, don't sweat it, we can just say that Patti did her thing.
I'm sorry life is poopy right now, and you aren't feeling good. I'm sure better days are coming soon. Take care of yourself, ok?

I'm going to start packing for the trip, so I'll be semi-incognito for a while. I'll try to check back in at least twice before I get on the transatlantic flight tomorrow afternoon.

Ooh, I better get the PDFs up quick. If DKender and ∆§Indea§∆ can slap together a .pdf with your cover art on the first page and e-mail it to me ASAP, perhaps me bro can use it as reading material on his flight. The way I do is take the text in a .doc or .odt file (we're using the ones we formatted for Lulu), deleting the "half title page" title, and copy/pasta the cover image into the file. Then export as .pdf, making sure to select the PDF/1A shit or whatever that was to keep the font embedded so it looks the same on different machines.

Nobody should get heartburn over this. Indea, I know you said you haven't finished, but the first bit I read during the NaNoWriMo was so awesome, that I'd like to read it anyway, if you don't mind. Whet my appetite for the completion, y'know. I'll swing back by in the morning, say... eight hours from now, maybe a little later. I don't think we're leaving the house until 11, so I could probably get it as late as... say... 9 am, CDT. I really appreciate y'all's efforts on this. A lot. Thanks, guys.

In Chicago. Gonna finish up an outline that is due on Friday, then I will start on one of the books. Which one? Random.org suggests number #2, Root Rot.

I was confused there for a moment. I was wondering why you were calling me "honey". Woof. I go now.

∆§Indea§∆= Not offended, I just forgot the two events coincided in a not-so nice way. The good thing about this rp being super backed up is that I have a decent number of events planned we haven't gotten to at least. The Rob-event was planned since I started, but I was going to have it happen to an NPC instead and make it a fatal event. I decided that it was more interesting to have things happen around PCs and that has been my rule since the beginning of this game, which makes me interested to see where it may end up going. This character may or may not end up being relevant but his existence was discussed with the High Gm some time ago, and a few uh, interesting characters experimented with their own preventative measures against undead while everything was going on. Still it is best that this doesn't interfere with Patti's timeline, and so we will have something else happen to distract our motley crew.
