If everyone is cool with this sorta deal, this will become the 'canon' thread, that is, the place where I will repost material from the various threads in order of how they occur. The storybook version. I'll try to keep things as written, if you got a beef, let me know and I'll make any changes to it as necessary!
I will start doing this if it's agreed upon in the gen. thread. For now, here is the old material...
To help ameliorate any confusion, here I will post a blow-by-blow of events to help keep things straight. Please reply if I got something wrong.
All our various characters have arrived in roughly the same area to the Westlake center. Cars began careening around wildly, crashing and causing utter chaos. Many people began running inside for protection.
Micah, who was outside next to the Starbucks with Nat, ran inside the mall, ducking inside the "Fireworks" store where Dr. Victor had just been.
Patti began moving away from the glass windows, towards the more protected side of the mall, still on the first level.
Dr. Victor began to consider dashing towards the underground parking to get to his car. (NOTE-- he can find both the elevator and stairs to get to the parking within the building, though they may be getting crowded)
Ben followed the store clerk out into the main floor, where she stopped, confused.
Nat let Micah run inside, stopping back at his work to get his coworker Sarah, and a few other patrons, leaving his supervisor Neil, and some other behind. They ran back to the mall, coming in the entrance.

Dr. Victor ran downstairs to the parking garage, getting the bag of supplies and noting a strange ghostly woman who released trapped cars by lifting the gate arm. He ran for help up the stairwell to the mall's roof.
Ben expressed doubt that this was a real protest, and stopped a passerby to ask what was going on.
Nat saw that indeed, an accident had befallen his workplace, a car crashed through the side of the Starbucks. He thought he saw a ghostly shape slip in, but he couldn't see any evidence of it or make any sense of it. He explained about the car to his coworker Sarah, and stood nearby the Fireworks store, where Micah was.
