Jill - "What?!" Moseying ceased, the rage evident in Jill's wide-eyed expression. Forgetting herself, she turned to Mason, the closest of the armed men. Jill - "Tell me now why you people are doing this. I implore you." With a force like that of a disapproving school teacher, few consciences have not at least momentarily faltered before the blast of Jill's rightful indignation. Of course, this marked the first time Jill's given attitude to someone that was packing heat.

((I'll let it go this time, but we're taking turns to simulate that everyone is able to act at any time when in actuality we are not all available to make that happen. Posting twice means ur guy is going faster than everyone else, the NPCs & other PCs should have a chance to react at the same rate, even if that means interrupting you.
If someone posts a longish thing before you get a chance to react when u think you're character would have gone quicker, let me know & I'll judge whether or not to allow editing something in before / out of turn.))
Blondie let Mason field Jill's question and addressed Meg.
Charlie- "You think there's a problem with our supervisor's customer service skills?"
This guy was really hard to read. Was he actually offended on the Moustache's behalf?

Mason wasn't prepared for the other woman to drop that info so suddenly, and for a second there it looked like he didn't know what to say. Still, he was quick to come back and harden his face a bit when he spoke to Jill.
Mason- "That's on a need-to-know basis. Frankly, you don't need to know."

Jill's expression had calmed somewhat, but the fire burned yet. Jill - "These are children we're talking about- children in my care. What don't I need to know?"

It must be exhausting being Jill, thinking Jill thoughts. Meg figured cult killers didn't need a reason to kill and rarely had one that made any sense. Meg addressed the inscrutable blondie, who looked like he'd had some kind of dark tortured past. The kind they used in teen drama novels.
"Not so much a problem as a total lack of consistency. Dude's popping under pressure like so many rolls of bubble wrap. You can't ' blonde asshole' one second, ' gentleman' the next. Folks gotta know where they stand. I can't tell if he's gonna blow my head off or give me a stern talking to. Consistency, blonde killer, consistency."

Mason tried to keep his cool. What part of 'classified' wasn't clear enough? Yeesh.
Mason, with a brow raised, - "You're absolutely right.. Jill, was it? If you want, I can grab my supervisor.."
He intentionally let his words trail off. The expression on his face was halfway between sincere and condescending. One would think the gun in his hands would be enough to keep Jill from asking questions.

Charlie nodded through Meg's words and caught the end of Mason's before addressing the group generally.
Charlie- "Well, it seems to me that our professionalism is paramount in maintaining calm here - and maintaining calm is essential to prevent any shooty accidents. Mister Estevez, do you want to go talk to our supervisor? I can handle the situation back here."

Jill - "Why don't the both of you consult with your supervisor? It's a complicated issue. Go ahead, then. Us ladies will be fine here on our own."

"Not even I think that's gonna work, Jill. Honestly Blondie though, professionalism is of least concern, you should be worrying about murdering children or taking hotels captive. I mean did you even try luring them out first? You could have had them whisked away to a remote location, no other causalities, bob's your uncle. Kids are dumb."

Kids are dumb? Oh, if only they knew.
Mason- "Don't be ridiculous. We take professionalism very seriously." Mason lifted his gun to rest behind his head on his shoulders, and then jabbed at the other room with a thumb.Mason, to Mr. Hall- "Two minutes. I'll be back." He got to steppin'. Hi-ho silver, away..!

After Mason left the room Charlie quietly but quickly stepped close to the ladies. He whispered.
Charlie- "I'll take care of those two for you but you need to not call the cops yet, and I can't trust you. So quick, if you want me to do this, goth girl crawl up inside the back of your boss's shirt, stick your head out the collar, and I'll go."
That's a way of tying people up. Ugh.

"Seriously boss? What choice do we have? Besides, that was a completely legitimate costume idea. The cleaners just didn't execute it very well." Meg attempted to stuff her head up the back of Jill's outer clothing.

Jill - "Another nice sweater sacrificed for the greater good... Whoops!"
Jill momentarily lost her balance to the jostling before regaining it.(( ∆§Indea§∆ - You totally read my mind regarding debacle. Heehee.))

As Charlie slipped out, they started to hear muffled booms from unknown upstairs. They could almost imagine that was the sound of Charlie's gun, but suddenly a much louder sound reached them from the lobby. Bad stuff was happening.
((You only get a few seconds of reaction time now, because we need to know what Mason does before moving forward here.))
