Eli came in to discover Room 2 was densely packed with mysterious things - cabinets, man-sized steel canisters, boxes piled high with cords and papers and wires sticking out of them, and more. He heard spider footfalls on the tops of the dusty cabinets, scurrying from the light he had let in. He decided the room wouldn't have his homies in it, and left.(ORIGINALLY...)Eli came in to discover Room 2 was densely packed with mysterious things - cabinets, man-sized steel canisters, boxes piled high with cords and papers and wires sticking out of them, and more. He heard spider footfalls on the tops of the dusty cabinets, scurrying from the light he had let in. "More garbage...great."
Eli checked out the canisters. Maybe he could open them and check out what was inside.

(ORIGINALLY...)Best to be careful in this room - he didn't hear anything larger than a spider, but there were so many large objects, it gave hiding spots to potential enemies. Passing a man-ister, he saw an open 1 by 2 foot square on one side and looked in. It was hollow, looked like the casing for a water heater or something.
Turning around to look behind a row of cabinets, he was arrested by the sight of a motherflippin' Eoptian mummy casket on the floor. "Holy crap!"
Eli approached the casket. He was gonna pop that sucker open!

(ORIGINALLY...)It was a little awe-inspiring, the dust-coated golden sarcophagus, just like in the movies! Would it open easily, or require some effort? ((How does he go about it?))
In the movies, they usually slid open, right? Eli decided that was how he'd do it. Not like he could think of anything else. "Nnnrrggghh" Man, this sucked. Hopefully it was worth it.

(ORIGINALLY...)It was just a little bit gunked shut with tarnish, but after he broke that seal, it slid far too easily, falling completely open, unveiling
A HORRIFIC SULFUROUS STENCH FROM HELL! It flowed over him like a miasma and made him want to die for reals! He couldn't help recoiling from the opening. "AHHHHH! ¡SANTO DIOS!"
'Mujer roja...if you want to help me, I might actually be okay with you showing up right now...' Eli slid away from the corpse for a moment and gathered his wits. He needed to see what was inside this thing...

(ORIGINALLY...)Covering his nose and mouth was pretty effective because he didn't need to breathe, but he swore he could smell it through his eyeballs. Inside the casket was....
The thing was obvy a movie prop, constructed from wood covered in sheet metal. The interstices of the wood within were filled with yellow fiberglass. But the source of the stench was ...
The bottom was entirely filled with discolored eggs that looked like they'd been here for decades. A few had cracked as they grew brittle and gases caused tiny explosions, the contents turned into a rotten papery glue over time, the most nutritive parts devoured by long dead black mold.
Yum!
Holy shit. This was SO not worth it! "Ugh, screw this!" Eli ran out of the room. This was not worth it, not at all.

(ORIGINALLY...)The room was empty. Anyone trying to enter after Eli was confronted with a wall of stench, but could fight through it if so inclined.
Eli arrived in the room, covering his mouth and nose. He hurried over towards the cabinets. "Man...this sucks."
Eli started rifling through their contents as quickly as he could. What did he find?

(ORIGINALLY...)Maybe a manila hanging folder would work? Right there.
Eli grabbed it and tucked it under his arm. He wasn't so sure it was sturdy enough, and continued to search. What else did he stumble upon? Eli- "Can I use manila folder as weapon? Argggh!" Oh that's right. He was going to try to use it to open a locked door.

(ORIGINALLY...)Maybe with the little screwdriver and working at an awkward angle he could pull out one of the rails the manila folders was hanging on. On the other hand, that nasty-ass fake sarcophagus had thin sheet metal panels on the outside that could probably come loose a bit more easily...
Eli- "*eh! eh!* This isn't worrrr-king! I need metal sheets 4 head choppin'!"

(ORIGINALLY...) Ugh, Eli felt nervous just thinking about getting even closer to that nasty thing.
Eli didn't even want to think about that. 'Do it fast...like ripping off a bandaid.' Eli rushed and started prying desperately at one of the panels.
The tarnish gave way and it popped off in his hand with enough force to flip up and scratch him. He quickly got a grip on it, knocked out the ancient little nails, and left the horrible room. Eli- "Head-choppin' time, here I come!"
