Florence- "Mm, sometimes it's still hard, even with a lifetime of practice."
Inka- "Oh don't be hard on yourself."
Florence- "Well, it's just that.. even if you get really good, styles change and fashion comes and goes, you know? You're always subject to people's whims and fancies. Hard to find people to listen, like you say."

Quinn nodded, listening carefully to Florence. He considered her stance for a moment before offering a comment."That is a real concern, but wouldn't you agree that some things are timeless? Yes, they've changed, but under the face-lift it's the same basic heart." He allowed himself a bit of a smile."After all, even our beloved Jazz is over one hundred years old and it's still going strong...it's even managed to influence some new styles."

Florence- "I don't even follow the line. What does it have in common with hip hop, aside from the community that birthed it? I do love the hip hop, nonetheless."
Inka- "Oh hop-hop music is adorable, like Sinksian lastenlaulut. Do you like hop-hop music, Quinn?"

"I suppose that's true, really, but everything owes a debt to its genesis, no matter what it eventually becomes, right?" He smiled softly at Inka. He rather liked her. She was very kind and enthusiastic and it made him feel very safe...even welcome!"I have to admit that I'm not the biggest fan of Hip Hop. If you don't mind my asking, what is Sinksian lastenlaulut? It sounds interesting."

Inka- "Lastenlaulut are children's songs! Tee hee hee."
Florence- "*tsh* How can you not like hip hop? The comparison to children's music irritates, but is in a sense justified. But simplicity doesn't mean something lacks sophistication..."
Inka- "Aww, I'm sorry."
Florence- "I don't feel like talking about it again."

Quinn smiled softly again at their interactions. He was very fond of these two, but he realized he'd probably better let someone else in at the table. That was how this game was supposed to work after all, wasn't it? He rose from his seat and inclined his head politely to the two."I hate to do this, ladies, but I think I've used up my time. I should probably give someone else a chance to come over and chat."

Inka- "Have a sweet night, Mr. Quinn!"
Florence- "...Indeed." This table came open.

Leo was the next to arrive to this table, though it didn't seem she was happy about it. She was hoping to get a conversation in with the Harlan fashionista...Sadly, Auberon's table seems to be filled every time she turns around. This will have to do. She took a seat and lazily gestured to herself."Hi. Trileon Muningham. Call me Leo. I was the makeup artist for the movie." 'The taller one is at least somewhat attractive.' Short, simple, and right to the point. The introductions were starting to annoy her - Best to get it out of the way first thing."You two look.. Refined and sophisticated."

Inka- "Pleased to meet you, Leo! I am Inka and this is Florence."
Florence- "Well, that is nice. I think most people find the disparity in our appearances a source of comedy."
Inka- "So... What do you think of the game? How do you suppose you are doing?"

Florence's statement had way to many syllables, but she caught the gist of it. In truth, their appearances didn't bother her. She's seen worse."I don't judge, sweetheart." "The game? So far, I would say I'm not doing terrible, but maybe not good either. Somewhere in the middle. But, this is only the third table I've visited. I have a few more to go. I'm sure you ladies have met a character or two yourselves."

Inka- "Just one. He was sweet."
Florence- "Could've been worse."
Inka- "What, because of the hop-?"
Florence- "What can I say? Anyone who can't appreciate 'Party Up' is either boring or racist or both..."
Florence- "But enough of that. Do you have anything you'd like to know from us, Leo?"

"One or two things, yeah. Are you guys sisters, or..?" They didn't really look like sisters, but Leo wasn't able to tell what relation the pair had."And what brings you two to the party tonight? If it's not too personal."

Inka- "I'm Florence's mother, in my way."
Florence- "My patron."
Inka- "She means 'matron'... Well, it's complicated. But we have to try to get to know each other. That's why"
Inka- "I need to ask,"
Inka- "Do you think..."
Inka- "There could be..."
Inka- "Spaysalians, pairhap?"

At first, Leo wasn't sure what the tiny woman had just said. And then she realized,"Oh! Space aliens." It was strange that, out of all questions to ask, Inka chose that one. But, nonetheless, this was a topic she actually enjoys talking about. Finally!"Of course there are. The universe is too big," She gestured with her hands, "And too vast for there not to be something out there. What do you think, Inka? Er, Miss?"

Florence- "Florence. I wouldn't know."
Inka- "There might be! You say the outer space is too big? Do you think spaysalians would have an interest in us?"
