;D Ain't that some shit?
I was going to end each of the main Camus synopses with that, but veered the other way at the last moment. BTW, if Brett doesn't read my novel before the end of 2013, I'm going to shoot him 27 times, like Worshippa Clancy on a bad day.

@chris-Wow Chris!! Deek is right that was just amazing, it came together in a stunning fashion!! I'm blown away as well, what a great ending. Thanks for reading my story, it's greatly appreciated. I'd love to get some feedback on the progression, dreams and stuff. Thanks for taking the time to read it. @deek- Your cat gif mam:

ERMMGGGGGGG!!! Just barely under 75k. I got to 'the end' though I think the ending is hella lame-ass, haha. It's AN ending at least. I don't think I'm gonna post it for now, maybe later I'll add a chapter or two but I think it needs hella editing before I'm willing to show it off. Are we all dead yet? I think I'm dead. EDIT: OMG I wrote over 7k today. AND BOY ARE MY ARMS TIRED!!! Congrats everyone! Can you believe we all did it? I think we really helped each other out, GO TEAM HORROR BOYZ!

@kelly- All I got to say to that first bit is: Pfft, I bet it's hella awesome. Perhaps you are so dead you've become undead? I'm going to try to make it my mission this week to finish my story. It's gotta get finished, even if it sucks, it's my first go at writing something that big so I'm still proud. Yeah, I don't think I would have made it without all the encouragement and camaraderie here! Go us!!

Finished reading DeeK & Indea's stuff, and I'm not clear on this, but is that all the writing up to your winning count, or did you have any more hidden in a sock? I know DeeK has been doing that sometimes, the deevil. Well, it does look like part of your NaNoEdMo shall be finishing the stories. I look forward to it! Now... Indea- The pop rocks thing still amuses. Kelly & I go out shopping somedays and on a whim one time I got pop rocks. I was leaving my mouth open to share the noise with the world and Kelly was totally rippin' on me! Well, pop rocks are cool enough for Adrian, so obvy I was in the right. That is delightful ;D Another scientology tie-in...? Damn autocorrect making one think of peeps who had been in bed for days having indiscreet dookies! All in all, I am still left to marvel. Damnz, how do u fight the wendzibo? Will the birdmens always win with the secret weapon of guilt?! DeeK- Inspired by this site? www.lileks.com/institute/interiors/A lovely seen. Such cattitude! Dragon Dictate turns Rin's mom into a rogue horticulturist... Aren't they tho? I always use the phrase "fuzzy jerks" for ours. And IT TOTALLY IS!!! Success is a dish best served with ice cream. <3 u guyz!

@ Indea - GYAAAH! That is my favorite cat gif now! Thank youuuu! And I caught up with Gazebo this past hour! The final chapter was both sad and surreal/disturbing. I love how well you can switch between that mood and more lighthearted moments, such as the toe "interrogation" scene, which made me laugh fer sure. I think your dreams are fabulous, and you write them fantastically. In some stories, dreams are exactly like the IRL moments (they read like flashbacks, for example), and in other stories, they are so out there and detached, it's difficult to make sense of them. But the dream sequences in Gazebo are a perfect medium, in my opinion. I hope that makes sense because I am sleepy in the head. Me and a friend were staying up late doing so games so so so that's why I'm awake. Also reading. Reading best stuff ever. Birdmennnn @ Christopher - Thank you! Actually, I have five chapters that aren't posted yet, because I'm too lazy to put a space between each paragraph. They'll be up tomorrow most likely. Nobody but Jara should feel pressured to read those fast, by the way. Haha jara ur out of luck. Also, Dragon is gonna make editing a bitch, but an amusing bitch. I haven't read over anything yet, so hopefully it hasn't been too liberal with strange word choices.

@chris- Thanks. ;D I told you autocorrect hates me, it's horrible sometimes I fix it, then it autocorrects again, I swear it's sarcastic. Although given it's been a few days, it's possible. Ewww. EDIT: It's mostly there, I've got around 580 not up but I usually only post if it's at least 1,000 words so it'll get up there eventually. It's a return to 13 moons WhOOOooooo. DKender- Aw thanks so much ;D.That Dr. Becker, hmm a written confession before a suicide? You can practically smell the fish. The inter-lab politics is fabulous, we do kris kringles for my dad's family and it's serious politics. My Aunt is horrible and always wants overpriced presents, I've gotten her twice and she never hides her disappointment. I love all your character so much, Hinderman is a dude. My cousin once missed a family gathering because he had a Magic cards tournament online, that he paid money for. He did win a trip to Amsterdam with Magic cards, so there's that. I'm still dying of curiosity to see what happens next. (( Also clearly your writing is incredibly relatable )).

Chris, do you know, for the people that get their free books printed, will other people be able to order them? I might be interested in acquiring these books so I can read them in the old school fashion with spiffy picture covers on them. Of course, then there's no way I'd get yours read in time to prevent my 27-fold shooting death. Though I may still want a hardcopy even after I read it in the electronic format.

@ Brett-- Yeah I think so actually, we may have a slightly longer deadline to get the paperback version, so if you want to wait for more polished versions, they'd be available sometime in the first half of the new year.
Btw everyone, I'm going to set up NaNoEdMo soon, but I have fer srs comicking to do so I will do it a little later. In the mean time if you're hot to work on your novel and don't want a mini-break.... FINISH YR NOVEL! Go back and finish the parts you didn't do yet, or just get to the end. ;D

Faaaaantastic.
Brett, 50K words isn't too much. It's like 1/3 of a Dean Koontz novel at best. I'd like it if you'd read the draft that's up. The final draft will be much different, so you can get a copy of the book to check that out. Like you said, it may be a while.

@ Indea - Thank you! Magic The Gathering is clearly srs bznass. I used to play with my brother (which is sad, because 2-player MtheG has to be the most boring thing ever), and my favorite card was the Avatar of Woe. Behold: She's so fashionable. Look at that hat. @ Kelly - Fare thee well in the pixel mines.

U kno, at first I thought that had to be art by Brom, but then I saw the credit at the bottom. RK Post is apparently extremely derivative. One thing that's funny about that - he'll do these Brom rip-off pics, but they'll be more realistically proportioned than the originals. And in some of his other illustrations, he's almost evoking earlier 20th century stuff like Mucha... I don't sweat someone for lacking originality tho. It will be my luck, the first thing I do that finds commercial success will be the most derivative, & peeps will get on my case.

Interestingly, Post gave the Avatar a makeover that deviates from Brom's style and probably copies someone else:
