Anya was a little sceptical herself, but Zebra wouldn't be playing any notes soon. It'd be nice to have something to practise on. “Okay sure... thanks, so where is this guitar now?”

-Greg "It's in a blue van ..." He gave the appropriate directions! The guitar is ten minutes away, by foot. "Maybe I'll see you around, rock star."
-Arnie "Fine, fine. It's been interesting. Thanks for your patience." As they stepped out the door, he turned and gave Wolf a long, inscrutable look. "What did you say your name was?"

"Thank you." He offers the two curtly, and steps back from the door, preparing to close it. "...Anya, if you are considering going out after that guitar, I will come with you, but it seems like a very bad idea."

Wolf glared at the two, before folding the knife back up and handing it to the guy.[/i] "Andrew." After the two left, he commented.[/i] "I don't necessarily think we all need to go, but it does feel like a trap. I mean, that was a pretty fucking awkward topic change. I could ride through on the bike and scout ahead for any badly hidden bushwhackers, then wait at the end of the block in case anything goes awry."

"Yeah, kinda feel like a kid whose just been offered some candy from a stranger in a white van. It's only ten minutes away, you took down a monster of a thing yesterday. What's a little van? I'd really like that guitar." Anya headed towards the door."We can totally check out protein and medical supplies after, right?"

"I can bring Sylvia's shotgun, and my ax. I won't shoot unless I have to. The noise draws monsters. Otherwise I'm comfortable going with you to investigate it." He replies, and then sighs. "I feel less confident about them after this, but I suppose it is something that we must do to help our new friend." He picks up one of several large bags near the door and hefts them. "Are you all ready?"

Wolf dug his holster out of the umbrella stand and put it back on his belt, holstering the pistol. He was glad he didn't have to show his pistol to those clowns, it was better if they underestimated him. The football tackle might have been a bit excessive.[/i] "I'll get my bike and scout ahead. I should be able to get there at least two or three minutes ahead of you. If something's wrong, I'll turn around." He exited through the farm and his engine could be heard by those that were still home a few minutes later.[/i]

That evening, at nightfall, Molly snuck into the hall. She carried a little bronze statue. Somebody had been singing outside and rapping on their door. Probably nothing more than a drunk guy. But better safe than sorry.
She called out, "No solicitors, please!"

The voice of a small child cried out in the darkness beyond.
"On the willows thereee we are captiiiveee... Oh, open up please, I'm cold and hungry! Oh please ma'am please! I'm a little orphan boy!"

Molly's expression hardened.
"You poor thing. What's your favorite dessert? We'll make something for you."

There is a pause, as if the boy is trying to think of what to say, and then replies.
"Something for me would be nice, with cherry custard and cream and fishsticks and rye. OH something to eat would be nice. What sort of things do you like to eat, Molly?" The voice becomes sugary sweet and gently, and there is a quiet click as something pushes its weight on the door.

Wolf came tear-assing down the stairs moments later. He tore his knife out of the sheath and positioned himself near the door.[/i]

Molly's scurried back a few steps.
"At the dentist's office, did the ... the ... the person you met ... did he laugh a lot?" Frankly, she sounded terrified.

Wolf practically shook with tension.[/i] "Hey, kid, fishsticks and custard sound pretty fuckin' nasty, who gave you that crap?"

Boyman- "Beneath the weeping willoooowwww..hehehe! Andrew..andrew...Open the door! Please! Open it, I'm cold and lonely out here oh Andrewwww hoooouuuuuu." The little voice becomes like a howl. "Fishsticks are full of magical fish flesh and taste like chicken-sunshine. When we dip it in our custard we feel that we might be in heaven! But that is very impossible." Breg comes with an ax in hand. "...It's a child?" He asks, as if unsure, though he had his suspicions that it might be a demon instead of a child.
