"I have plenty of canned and packaged foods where I've been hunkering down. I may not eat too much, but you shouldn't have to spare supplies on me. If you ever run low on rations just let me know," Natalia says while wondering what such a big guy had to eat in these times to keep so bulked up.

(It's a bit hard to tell exactly what his shape is, besides not skinny, considering the unfashionable bulk of clothes he wears.) Breg- "If you'd like, we can do a run and move it in here, unless it's particularly far." He pauses and stares out into space for a little while, watching the rapidly dyeing sky."What of you? Is there someone you look for? Something you want to accomplish, besides survive?" Had she known him better, this seems to be a question he asks many people many times over. He begins to shovel and compact the rest of the dirt over the body.

"I think the sun will be down by the time we got there. Oh, now that I mention it that'll make getting home a bit interesting for me." Natalia contemplates staying here until morning. Jenny and Penny would be okay for one night. Female mice tend to hoard their food and they'd have enough to eat.

Breg- "You're welcome to stay here, if you should like. We always welcome guests." He indicates. He had a certain relaxed manner to him, but appeared alert all the same. They had far too many incidents to warrant laxity lately."We have already had a few join us."

"Thank you very much." Natalia gives a little nod of her head to acknowledge Breg's kindness. "Tomorrow I can bring some goods. Having somebody go with me tomorrow may be helpful since I can't carry too much and still be at my best game." She knocks a clod of dirt from her instep and stretches after moving a little from the fresh grave. "So, who else is here? In fact I saw some other people leave. What were they doing?"

Breg- "...We have quite a few members, some of them are nuns from where I used to work, and others are survivors that joined us afterwards. We just got back from gathering some supplies, although we found less what and more who. We should go inside, it's not safe out here. We were attacked by strange dog-creatures." Breg frowns, and makes a gestures to move inside. The mansion is impressively large, and despite the broken windows it seems to have been refurbished to a point it has been made livable, and was since replaced with wire mesh and cut pieces of plexiglass.

While looking inside Natalia is quiet for a moment as she considers whether living in such a big building would be a good or bad thing under these circumstances. After the brief silence she looks back to Breg. "Dog-creatures? Do you mean actual dogs or..." She hadn't encountered anything like that on the way here. Maybe they're nocturnal?

Breg- Breg clears his throat."They looked a little off but we think they are some kind of monster. They weren't particularly affected by bullets. Did you see anything? We heard a motorcycle flee the scene but didn't notice any riders." He allows Natalia inside with a single question: "What is your favorite meal?"

Natalia was briefly thrown by the question since she still had her mind on what they talking about only a little while ago. "Well, being able to get them is pretty limited in these conditions..." she begins before realizing what Breg meant and cuts herself off. "Oh, right... Blueberries. I like blueberries." Breg beckons Natalia to follow him inside.

Many moons later...Patti was loathe to admit it, but the ridiculous hills in this area were taking it out of her a bit. She was ready for a break and this seemed like as good a time or place as any to do it."By all means." She deployed the kickstand on her bike and followed Ash to the door. The place looked fairly well barricaded but somehow still a little homey. She could almost swear she smelled a petting zoo and maybe the faint smell of baked goods.
She turned on her friendful smile before they knocked.

The door was answered by this gentleman. An shortish but fit guy answered the door in hipster clothing and large boots."Hello there strangers. What brings you to our neck of the woods? Robert Mistry. The pleasure is mine. Oh ah favourite biscuit?" He put out his hand to each of them.

Wolf stood nearby with a baseball bat in hand. He had been pretty antsy since the skincrawler episode and it could be seen clearly in how quickly he had gotten up from his half-conscious state on the ottoman and into defensive position.Patti couldn't help but return the young man's smile. He seemed almost irrationally chipper, but somehow it didn't make her think it was a trap."Um... I almost said 'anything but Chiken in a Biskit' but those aren't really biscuits by American or English standards. Frankly I prefer the American kind and I'm gonna vote for the Cheddar Bay biscuits at Red Lobster."
