Brett - Depicting characters in underprivileged groups can be a minefield for privilege-holders like us. It might go fine, or you might find yourself in an awkward situation. But ur a smart dude, and I bet you know what you're doing. "Chief of Staff" ... If Amazon actually has that job title, the person who holds it can do way better than The Archstone. I actually looked at going for a small apartment there once. Also, Amazon in Seattle is run like multiple businesses sharing a campus, in that it has a bunch of teams competing for employees from the same pool and handling very different parts of the company. Let's say "Team Leader in Vendor Account Regionalization" or some such. And yeah, the Archstone is very convenient to work there, so why not? I have a few things going for me in this character. 1) Growing up an Army brat, she actually had a more privileged childhood than we had. 2) She's pretty badass, so she generally doesn't take shit and she stands up for herself and others when she sees injustice. As for the job title, that's the inspiring individual's actual title, but she works at a public accounting firm, so I wasn't sure how it would translate outside that industry. The only reason I chose an internet company was so that she could have an excuse for making enough to live in a nice apartment, but clearly I didn't set my sights high enough. Not that property means much in a post-apocalyptic setting, but I was just trying to flesh out the back-story.

Oh, indea! Maybe try posting a link to the page and a description of which picture it is.
Brett - Reasonable. You should find a pic on the internet of someone other than the person in question, for a level of remove. Laters.

OMG INDEA! If you use Shaun Haugh, I will have to make every character try to have sex with him. SO HOT! *fans self* Okay, sorry, I love that guy though. Actually, if you'd like kind of a combo between people, just let us know. We have a special treat for everyone who is starting a character with us, we'll make you an avatar.

I think a combo might be nice, they both have similar qualities . Hahaha Kelly, I'm a big fan of the pretty boys too, none of my friends understand it. It's weird because my actual partner isn't but there has always been a discrepancy between my 'type' I drool over and who I actually go for. I guess actual chemistry and connection wins it in the end for me.

Haha I totally dig it. I love male models, I use them for reference a lot in my drawing. (Did I say a lot? I mean a lot. ) I actually have a character based on Shaun Haugh that HAS to see daylight one day, he would be the hero of the titular 'Horror Boys' if ever such a thing will exist!

Name: Nathaniel (Nat) Grant Age: 22 Sex: Male Orientation: He isn't sure, and neither am I. Occupation: Student (with an interest in Anthropology), part-time at Starbucks. Also works at his aunt's occult shop in the summer - he isn't sure if he believes any of it, but he certainly thinks it's interesting. Living Situation: With enough roommates to drive him insane. Relatives/Relationships: Aunt Magda (full name Magdalene Herbert). Mom - tragically dead, woe! Dad - estranged. Previous relationships of a romantic persuasion? Too awkward! And most ended before they could really begin. Currently has a crush one one of his roomies, but he'll deny it. Picture: Physical Description: Skinny, pale blonde kid. Probably gets carded all the damn time. Is near-sighted and needs glasses or else things get all kindsa blurry. Moar later. Personality: Also later! Edit this when I have time. Backstory: See above.

You're welcome...
I think some of those pics would look nicer than others with a bit of shading or color, so will likely improve all of them a bit some time. NPCs, conversely, will probably stay a little crude looking. The characters won't meet Seth Clemans for a little bit, so I haven't done a nice pic of him, though we have dozens of half-finished drawing of him in the book we're using to RP at home.
