Another shotgun blast sounded from around the way. All the other psi-babies didn't have enough self left to snake out like you, so what are they shooting at now? Humans, pssht.
((wait for meg post before next move, kristi - just wanted to drop fast happenings in here at the moment.))

"ARRRGHHH! Lemme go. What did I do?" Meg kept trying to get away as fast as the evil brain Jill would let her.

Even with adrenaline kicking in, Meg couldn't outrun the inevitable. As she sprinted she felt her feet fall out from under her as her entire being was lifted towards the sky (which would be disconcerting enough even if it weren't some hellish thing's doing).
It was hard for Meg to tell just how high in the air she was lifted, but falling would definitely be a bad thing. Unfortunately the Psychic Evil was merciless, and down she went. On the impact she felt significant pain. The physical kind, not the psychic ringing kind.
Not Jill - "I'll be back for you."
Satisfied, Not Jill headed towards the direction of the gunfire. She had a plan.((edit by GM in orange)) ((Double edited for style consistency. ))

After NotJill was away Meg felt the pain lift like a heavy blanket being removed. She was still banged up, but surprisingly nothing broken. She staggered to her feet before she could event think straight.
((NotJill go to Front Parking Lot when tagged.))

Meg had a plan too and it didn't consist of waiting around for her boss from hell to come back. She was so suing Bestwestern after this crap. She started moving, groaning at all the aches left behind from the fall. She glanced to where NotJill went and went the opposite way back to the hotel, hiding where she could. She hummed the theme tune to Mission Impossible to distract herself and make it cool. Hopefully it was those cult guys and they could keep her distracted long enough. Don't die easily weirdos, don't die too quick. Meg didn't want to die just yet and especially not by the hands of her brain-back-hanging boss.

Meg found her way to the back of the building. Did she brave going inside, even tho it was possible any number of scary people could be in the lobby & see her? Staying back here, the brainhangler seemed a likely risk tho.

Meg was willing to risk it since at least they didn't have more than one brain each. Those gunshots sounded like the earlier guys had moved on anyways. Nope, time for brave Meg. She pushed through into the back of the hotel, she'd left her stuff in her bag so she'd have to go back to the office first anyway. Then to a random floor where the boss with two brains couldn't find her before the police turned up. Hopefully.

Meg got upstairs to the second floor with only a few nervous moments in the lobby.
