Death is nothing to Aubrey, Aubrey is eternal! ETERNAL!! I'll be happy as long as he and Nick get to be Skelli-buddies!!

If Aubrey dies we are going to have a serious problem here.

∆§Indea§∆: YES. They were always skelli-meant for each other.

Trinity- Things are not yet decided, such as Aubrey's fate. At least, in the KFRP, who can say what will happen? It's bound to be different.

In all seriousness regarding Aubrey, I think it's because Theodore doesn't know how to use fire adequately yet as Aubrey's weakness. Once he does I think Theodore will take him down, hopefully in a horribly brutal fashion and then Ellen can skelli-tize him. Or maybe in a twist Theo kills Helen/Ellen masquerading as Aubrey. For some reason I see Allison as the one who would take Theo down if any.

Interesting! How did you get to these conclusions?

Just thoughts really, who knows what's going to happen? Just from the reading, my Aubrey theory comes from this wee page: www.borfy.com/Kingfisher/Pages/12-21-11.htmlPlus, Helen does that creepy Aubrey illusion and I assume that Ellen could do the same. Perhaps doing it from guilt or misplaced loyalty? In an alternate universe perhaps?

∆§Indea§∆: I was wondering if Theodore would have had success the first attempt if he had insulted Aubrey's fashion sense. I like Ellen and Helen too much for them to die in such a ridiculous way when both ladies prefer to keep out of dad's way. I do think it'd be really funny if Theodore and his minions stormed the castle and Ellen let them in all like, "I just don't even care anymore." As much as I want to see Allison powered up and fighting tough customers I just don't see why she'd have enough of a problem with Theodore for a battle to the death.

They are just musings, I definitely see your points. I do think Ellen cares for Aubrey in some way, there is a connection there that I think is strong, if not just a responsibility. Just like Vitus and Angela, 'children' and their 'parents' share a deep connection whether they want to or not. Regarding Allison, probably true but she is a progenitor and one of his goons did try to kill her. ((EDIT: Sorry for gumming up this forum with comic talk but it doesn't quite fit into current comic talk. It's still connected dammit! ;D))

Indea- If none of that happens - and you never know, some of it might - it would sure make an interesting alternate version. ;D

Hahaha, in the same universe where Jack eats Minchin's heart instead of Gaston's.

That should totally be a bonus comic, but can Aubrey pull his undies out of his pants? Somehow he strikes me as the commando type.
