HAHAHA. It is. I am here. I wanted to finally apply to this place and hopefully I can keep up with the pacing here. I apped Cassius the Policeman, so there is that. Hopefully all these things are ok and such.

@ Jara - You should have told me earlier! The GMs here are the best, so just discuss things over with them, and I'm sure everything will be cool.

I apped Cassius the Policeman, so there is that. Hopefully all these things are ok and such. He looks super mean. That said, you have the character of the Seattle Police Department personified exquisitely. He'll fit in well with the rest of the group.

I am soooo glad I never thought it would be a good idea to be a hipster. It seems like so much work. I mean, you do something that nobody else thinks is cool. But if it somehow accidentally is of value or has some merit, then you are only doing it because it's ironic. Or something.
Yeah, definitely glad I'm not a hipster. Instead, I can watch New Girl without any weird baggage or mental gymnastics. Cuz that shit's comedy gold.

Haha. I hate irony, I do. I like cheesy or campy shit because it ROCKS! I don't ironically like anything. What's a 'New Girl?'

It's a sitcom from the mind of Zooey Deschanel, starring, of course, the adorable Zooey Deschanel. Also, Jake Johnson has some of the best comic delivery I've seen in a long time. It just started it's second season. It's funny in a different way than Big Bang Theory (which is also great), but I think I like New Girl more, and not just because Zooey is so cute.

I have the greatest work study job ever. I ran into my future boss and his boss at the HR office one day while I was trying to get all the details and paperwork worked out. His boss said (and I paraphrase) that in his day, they expected work studies to study the entire time and only work if there was something urgent to do. ;D
It pays minimum wage, but it is tax free because they categorize it as an educational benefit under my Chapter 31 stuff. Ha! I have it too easy.

Ah, the unsolicited flirtation. The inopportune moment and the unashamed flirt... oh how they strike awkwardly,
That reminds me of escorting a 43 year old lady to her room in the ED and she kept saying, "You're really nice. You have very pretty eyes. He has nice eyes! You have nice eyes, but a hot ass."
I never got to live that down. She basically shouted it in front of everyone. I've never had a worse flirt-gone-wrong. Not even bad pickup lines are as bad.
That being said, I flirt with everything with a pulse, except when I'm working. I find it exciting and enjoy the mild attention. I do it without meaning to do it. But, I work in the realm of subtle. A flash of the eyes, a smile, a tilt of the head... you know, Victorian flirting! As opposed to Victorian sex, which is just down right depraved.

Hahaha, I get that sometimes. Unfortunatley for the flirter and fortunatley for my partner, I suck at flirting and picking up on it until after the fact, unless it's someone I feel comfortable with. Oh my partner is worse too, it can be super super obvious and he doesn't see it. I flirt with friends mostly, my best friend the most. We're awful hahaha, there are moments where it can get out of hand ;D. We once went around telling people we'd had an orgasm together, only to reveal it was a cocktail shot bahahaha.

That is hilarious. I swear, where was I when everybody decided to come up with a game called "Gay Chicken?" That would have been fun, regardless if I was cheating or not.
My roommate is currently like you, Indea, because we'll be going out and some girl will hit on him so hard, I feel his blood hit my face from the obvious bat she's wielding. I swear, I have the worst time with women hitting on me. I usually seem to flirt back, if only for laughs. He hates it when I come home with more numbers from girls at the bars. We haven't done it in ages, but it sounds like we should... well, on he count of him being engaged, maybe we shouldn't but, what the hell. I can't take him to a gay bar, though because he becomes straight bait and I get the cold shoulder. -_- Bleh, social interaction can be so much fun and sooo draining.

@ Brett - Soooo did he get a high or low tip?
Oh my goodness, you guys, apparently people think I am an insufferable flirt, though it's not my intention. Is there a cure for that?
EDIT: What is "gay chicken"? This one is curious now. Did I miss an earlier thread convo?
