Behind the 403 building is a narrow alley, a large office building behind it blocks the view of it from the street. This is where one can now enter the 403 building, now that the front entrance has been blocked.
The back door is down a few steps and shielded from the road by a concrete slab. It's a single door which used to take a keycard, now it's held shut by a thick piece of wood through the handle on the inside. It can only be opened if someone inside removes this wood. There is a bottle neck here due to the concrete slab and the steps, so only one person can enter at a time.
Also visible is a rolldown to the garage, which is metal mesh and partially see through at the very bottom. It is closed and locked to the ground, useless without electricity, but the key is kept handy so it can be used to bring in or let out vehicles and equipment.
The alley used to be blocked on both ends, but is now open to the streets. The blocks north and south both have similar alleys, blocked now on the ends furthest from the 403 building, creating the impression of fairly long corridor here. The area is secure because the streets on each end of the alley have barriers of their own to both Westlake and Terry.
From here you can go to: Surrounding streets, the parking garage, 401 offices (across alley).

A ragged man and his dog entered the alley in the dark of night. Several silver eyes fell upon them - raccoons that liked the look of his dog's paltry meat. The man picked up a few stones and threw them at the beasts. His dog barked.
A stirring from within, before he even knocked. The door opened a crack. Monty- "Roomie! You're back. Um... What's your favorite type of cookie?"
Beau- "Wh-- nn, madeleine."
Both of them looked like they'd been soaked by a rainstorm, and dried in the sun. Monty- "You look terrible, man. Get your ass in here. Hey Woody, go wake up the doctor if ya can."
Wil- "Sure thing." They brought the man inside...

A few days later on a balmy night, Ricky Eldred had borrowed a buddy from the 320 to help guard the back door. Vincent and Ricky, together again! Ricky- "You done smokin', homes?"
Vincent- "Yeah man." They were outside the door, with it hanging open. Ricky- "We should go inside. It's spooky 'n' shit out here."
Vincent- "Yeah man, for real." They went back inside. A few minutes later, Vincent- "Shit man, I gotta take a dump, man."
Ricky- "Yeah, dude, it's cool."
Vincent- "Right man, for real." Vincent left to take a dump. The back door guard radio dangled precariously from his belt. Ricky was alone without the radio. He picked up a warm can of beer and drank some.
