Aside from studio B, it's probably not too horrible.

Looking up some a few floors at the building, the helldivers could see a strange sight. One of the plexiglass windows has bulged out, as if someone was tying to blow a giant bubble with it. Inside that window, it is totally blackened.
To avoid drawing zombies, they could easily duck out sight into a small courtyard by one of the entrances, and did so. They dropped the bikes, readied any weapons, and got together to discuss the situation.

Ashley made sure that the bikes were well hidden, and readied his crowbar, holding it like a baseball bat. He has a gun at his belt, and a backpack with a firepoker, with some packaged cliffbars and water. He stared at the others, before moving onwards, alongside Seth to help protect him.

The area was helpfully lined with overgrown trees and bushes, making hiding the bikes an easy task. The front of the news studio had many different entrances, but one was inset into an alcove, with the words "FISHER PLAZA" above it. The roof was covered in large satellite dishes, and the building was covered in reflective windows that glowed white on the overcast day. Seth moved toward the main entrance. The pavement here was clean, at least the rain had probably washed any blood away weeks ago. goo.gl/maps/oKN6M Seth- "Well, let's just get in there, and start from the bottom and work our way up. King 5 had all those burned out floors, but this building looks a lot less wrecked up from the outside at least. Let's hope this one works out."

"I'll cover you Seth...or would you like me to go first? I would not mind walking in front of you." He offers, now unsmiling and all business. He had a kind of complete body tension to him now, like a working dog on duty, alert and aware of possible danger. He was straining to hear anything out of the ordinary, searching every crevasse for anything strange. He moves about to Seth's side, and holds his weapon at the ready. "What will you do if we find something we have never seen before, Sir?" It is hard to tell if he's talking to Seth or Anna. It's possible he was talking to both.

Anna- "OK, this is going to be a --" Anna had started to talk, but was silenced by the gory display in the lobby. Signs of zombie fighting violence were everywhere. The tile was streaked with old blood stains going this way and that, little clods of decayed flesh now glued to the floor by time. Several largish rats moseyed about with no regard for the humans. Flies buzzed lazily, aggregating near windows.
The best they could tell, there was initially a huge bloody fight in here, followed by a concerted effort to move bodies in a certain direction. A short walk that way revealed dozens of corpses in a twisted heap in a coffee shop. The interior door to that coffee shop had been closed and an exterior door opened, a cursory effort to vent the stench. Many more rats scurried in the pile, and Anna would block anyone self-loathing enough to try to open that door.

Ben- "Looks like they stopped them here?" Ben sure hoped so anyway, because he'd rather not walk around in a complete slaughterhouse filled with rotten flesh. And he had no desire whatsoever to explore the coffee shop. Instead he moved across the lobby, looking around for signs of the most recent activity. Might there still be someone alive in the building, or had they all evacuated after pushing the zombies back?

Anna- "Maybe... It's weirder than that. Look, there are streaks coming from the stairs, like they dragged bodies from upstairs as well, and added them to the pile. If they went to that effort, they must have been living here for a while - otherwise, why bother?
But the door is unlocked, so maybe they all left after that. Whoever they were... I dunno. Fuck it. Let's go up."

Ashley sidestepped towards Seth protectively, and surveyed the violence with quiet intensity. Clearly someone had been here, how recently he wasn't sure. He tried to astern the freshness of the blood, but if it was zombie blood there was no telling. He frowns again. "They're still in here. Whoever they are." He was fairly sure that whoever they were, they might not be friendly, and/or others had tried and failed before they had to do this very same thing. It did not fill him with dread but there was a certain foreboding about it. Anna- "Ya think so? I suppose they could have put in their barricades on a higher floor, but I know I wouldn't wanna risk my first floor getting filled up with zombies."
He followed Anna, but offered to go first. It wasn't kind to let a lady go first into danger, after all. Anna- "Don't be ridiculous, dude."

Seth quietly took things in, nodding his head. He approached the stairs. Anna went in first, followed by Ashley, then Seth, then Ben. There were windows in this stairwell, and a lemon yellow diffusion of sunlight made the walk up to the next floor warm and not unpleasant. Only a faint bit of the first floor death stench followed them, and a few flies dotted the windows.
In the lobby that the stairs emptied into, The floor had a directory . They checked it out. Thinking about it, evidence could be anywhere, so while they started with places named "Records 002" and "DatLib C," they resolved to look everywhere.

Ben- "That blackened glass bubble we saw... I wonder if all the news stations were hit by something. Maybe those tapes were cursed, setting of a little part of the zompocalypse whenever and whereever they were played?"

Anna- "I overheard some peeps in the comm center talking about ''grudges" last night. Ya think that could be real, man?

Seth- "Ugh, it's not the Ring you guys... It totally would've said "SEVEN DAYS" or something first. That's a totally different genre."

Anna- "What, it's all ghosts coming out of video tapes, or wells, or closets or whatever. Same genre if you ask me."
Seth- "No no, I mean like, zombies. Zombies plus J-Horror? Too complicated. This is more like.. Dawn of the Dead. Well, hopefully not that bad. Hey maybe in Japan they have scary little girls ravaging the cities?"

"I don't know what this is, but it's focused around people. I think it is odd that we just /happened/ to be right about the existence of zombies, ghosts and whatnot. Isn't that suspicious to you? It is like a movie where we only know part of the plot. I think something else is going on behind all of this. We should stay quiet in case there are things in here." He frowns, and clenches his free hand into a fist. Anna- "Calm down, guy-with-gun. If there's some bad juju in here, we'll beat it up."
"If they were people who rid this place of the zombies, then whatever we are looking for is long gone, Sir. Or they did not make it out, but if it was just to get to whatever was in here, why did they clear all of the undead out?" Anna- "A) What we're looking for would still be here if the people that cleared out the zombies didn't think it was important. B) There would have been people working here when the soup went down, and they'd have motivation to clear out the zombies whether. Didn't have to be someone coming in later for stuff. C) Even if people did come in later, they might have only been looking for candy bars and porn. No reason to assume we're out of luck yet."
Seth- "Yeah I think most people didn't even see the videos, or didn't care. If people got up in here, they were just looking for the usual stuff I bet. Well, even if it's hopeless, we still gotta try right? If we could just find the place that the like... uh, actual news guys worked. Even an envelope with a name or an address... they had to be working on this before everyone cleared out."
